Flatten your chicken with a meat mallet. Place the divided block on cream cheese on each piece. I spread out over it and then placed sliced onions on top before rolling up chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Wrapped cooked but not crisp bacon around each chicken breast and secure with a toothpick. I cooked extra bacon when I made breakfast and made this ahead of time and refrigerated while we were out for the day. Brought to room temp for about 30 mins while the oven was preheating to 350. Baked 35/45 mins until done.
